Tribal Bike Box - Product Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Intended Use

The Product is a reusable bicycle transport box designed to help users transport bikes for travel via airlines and other carriers. The offering reduces risk but does not eliminate it and provides no guarantee of protection against damage, loss, theft, or delay.

2. Assumption of Risk

Users acknowledge that bicycle transport involves inherent risks including impact damage, compression, mishandling, environmental exposure, vibration, and third-party negligence. By using the Product, users voluntarily assume all associated risks, whether known or unknown.

3. No Guarantee of Protection

The Company does not guarantee the Product will prevent damage, wear, loss, or theft. The item serves as a protective aid only; damage may occur despite proper use.

4. User Responsibility for Packing and Preparation

Users are solely responsible for properly packing and securing bicycles and components, removing or protecting parts as needed, and following Company instructions. The Company provides general guidance only, not professional packing advice. Improper preparation significantly increases damage risk and releases the Company from liability.

5. Pre-Existing Damage

The Company bears no responsibility for pre-existing damage, defects, weaknesses, or wear to bicycles or components, whether visible or latent.

6. Third-Party Carriers and Travel Use

The Product may be used with airlines, freight carriers, couriers, or other transportation providers. The Company does not control these Carriers, is not responsible for their actions or omissions, and does not guarantee acceptance or handling. Damage claims must be directed to the applicable Carrier.

7. No Insurance Coverage

The Product includes no insurance. The Company does not insure bicycles or components. Users are solely responsible for obtaining necessary insurance.

8. Excluded Property

The Company shall not be liable for damage to or loss of high-value, custom, one-of-a-kind bicycles, carbon fiber frames or components, electronic shifting systems or batteries, or aftermarket or non-standard components, unless required by applicable law.

9. Proper Use and Misuse

Users agree to use the Product only for its intended purpose. Misuse—including overloading, modification, improper assembly, or use with incompatible equipment—voids warranties and releases the Company from liability.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from user misuse, property damage, injury, or third-party claims including from Carriers.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The terms are governed by either Delaware or Singapore law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration or courts as specified in the Company's dispute resolution terms, unless otherwise required by law.

14. International Use

Users acknowledge the Product may be used internationally and that laws and carrier rules vary by country. Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier requirements.

15. Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force.

16. Entire Agreement

These Product Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Product and supersede any prior agreements.
